Shipping Locations

We ship to states where cannabis products are legal for adult use or medical use. Shipping availability is verified at checkout based on your zip code.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday
  • Weekends: Orders placed Saturday-Sunday process Monday
  • Holidays: May experience delays during federal holidays

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with:

  • No Cali Clear branding on exterior
  • No indication of cannabis products
  • Generic return address (business name only)
  • Secure inner packaging to prevent damage

Tracking Information

You’ll receive:

  • Shipment confirmation email when order ships
  • Tracking number from carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Delivery confirmation

All shipments does not require signature upon delivery.

  • Packages cannot be left at doorstep
  • If unavailable, carrier will attempt redelivery

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Freight forwarding services
  • States where cannabis is illegal
  • Military bases or federal properties
  • International addresses

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages: Contact us if tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it. We’ll file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages: Inspect package upon delivery. If damaged, document with photos and contact us within 48 hours for replacement.

Stolen Packages: File a police report and provide us with the report number. We’ll work with you on resolution.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change shipping address. Once package ships, address changes may not be possible. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer.

Weather & Carrier Delays

Extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues may cause delays. We’re not responsible for delays outside our control, but we’ll work with you to track and resolve issues.
