Defective Products

If you receive a defective Cali Clear product:

Timeframe: Report within 7 days of delivery

What’s Covered:

  • Device doesn’t produce vapor (when not empty)
  • Clogged airflow preventing use
  • Broken or damaged device
  • Leaking oil during normal use
  • Battery failure before oil depleted

Process:

  1. Contact us at support@caliclear.us
  2. Provide order number and photos of defect
  3. We’ll provide return authorization if needed
  4. Receive replacement or full refund

Resolution Time: 24-48 hours after receiving your report

Unopened Product Returns

For unopened, unused products in original sealed condition:

Timeframe: Within 14 days of delivery

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unopened and sealed
  • Original packaging intact
  • No damage to product or box
  • Proof of purchase required

Refund Amount: Full product price minus shipping costs

Process:

  1. Contact us for return authorization
  2. Ship product back (customer pays return shipping)
  3. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Opened/Used Products

No returns accepted for opened or used products due to health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Once a cannabis product is opened, we cannot resell it.

Exceptions:

  • Product defects (covered above)
  • Wrong product shipped (our error)
  • Damaged during shipping

Damaged During Shipping

If package arrives damaged:

Timeframe: Report within 48 hours of delivery

Required: Photos of damaged package and product

Resolution: Full replacement at no cost

Wrong Product Shipped

If we shipped the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We’ll provide prepaid return label
  • Correct product ships immediately
  • Keep wrong product until correct one arrives

Refund Methods

Refunds processed to original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Bitcoin: 24-48 hours
  • Cash App/Venmo: 1-3 business days

Bank processing times may vary

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened or used products (except defects)
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Promotional items or free samples
  • Shipping costs (unless our error)

Before Shipping: Contact us immediately – we’ll cancel and refund in full

After Shipping: Follow return process above once delivered
